NDA and non-circumvention agreement are executed before any project details are discussed. Your client identities, project data, and competitive position are legally protected. We maintain our own pipeline and have no interest in your client relationships.
All deliverables are produced under your firm’s brand identity. We use your logo, templates, title blocks, and presentation formats. Communication occurs exclusively with your designated team members. Your client never interacts with us and has no visibility into our involvement.
Concept development: 2 to 3 weeks. Full design documentation: 6 to 12 weeks depending on scope. 3D visualization: 5 to 10 business days per set. All timelines are locked in the proposal and include defined review gates.
Two rounds of revisions are included at each milestone. Revisions are scope-defined in the contract. Additional rounds are available at a pre-agreed rate. We have never had a project require more than the included revisions.
For full design execution and white-label services: $25,000 minimum project value. For 3D visualization: no minimum. We structure this threshold to ensure adequate resources are allocated to deliver at the quality level your clients expect.
Yes. Our offices are in New York, New Jersey, Miami, and London. We execute projects nationally and internationally. For locations outside our primary markets, we coordinate with local code consultants as required.
