How much does a luxury interior designer cost in Miami?

Interior designers in Miami bill in several ways, including hourly rates, a percentage of the project budget, or markups on furniture and finishes. We agree one fixed design fee before work starts, based on the scope of your home, and buy every product at cost with 0% markup. You see each supplier invoice. A discovery call gives you a fee range for your project.
Do you work with my architect and builder in Palm Beach?

Yes. We are not an architecture firm, so your licensed architect, engineers and builder keep responsibility for structure, permits and code compliance, including impact-rated openings. We provide and coordinate the interior information they need: furnished layouts, elevations, lighting intent, millwork and finish selections. For condominium projects we also plan around the association's alteration requirements with your contractor.

Your appointed construction team and suppliers begin their work. With the agreed support services, we coordinate design questions, selections, and purchasing.

Installation & Move In
Furniture, lighting, and finishing details come together. When installation support is included, we coordinate the final design review and styling for your arrival.
