Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we follow WCAG 2.2 where we can. Accessibility is part of how we design, build and review the Site.

What we do

Text alternatives for meaningful images.
Clear headings, page landmarks and a “Skip to main content” link.
Readable type and color contrast checked against WCAG Level AA.
Full keyboard access, with a visible focus outline.
An accessibility menu on every page (Alt+A): bigger text, line and letter spacing, a readable font, more contrast, highlighted links and headings, a reading guide and paused motion.
Background videos play without sound and can be paused from the accessibility menu. Motion is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.

Known limitations

Some third-party content, such as embedded maps, scheduling tools and video players, is provided by other companies and may not fully meet these standards. The accessibility menu helps you adjust the display; it does not replace the accessibility of the Site itself, which we review and improve regularly.
